How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete. If purchased on a Friday after 4PM EST, order will be shipped out Monday morning.

Domestic Shipping (within the USA)

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 3-5 business days

  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority): 2-3 business days

  • Express Shipping (USPS Express Mail): 1-2 business days

International Shipping (varies per country)

  • First Class International: 2-4 weeks (customs processing times vary)

I live outside of the USA, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
Most likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Returns

How do I place a return or exchange?
Please reach out returns@grombre.com with your order number and the product you'd like to exchange or return. When sending back your item, include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order. Email us with the tracking number/carrier and mail your return to:

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

Do you supply return slips?
Grombre packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to returns@grombre.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Order # must be provided to place a return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at returns@grombre.com and we'll help you place the return

How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at returns@grombre.com and we’ll be sure to get you the right one!
